Living in Switzerland and originally nothing to do with photography, I discovered this hobby only on travels around the world.
The first trip started in 2015 in Canada. With a used APS-C camera, which I bought shortly before the trip, it started. After all, you want to take some memories home with you.
With the Post-It’s littered instruction manual and the hope to shoot even approximately useful photos, thus also started my journey through the world of photography.
According to the trial & error principle, I learned more and more in dealing with the camera. Well, in the beginning there was definitely a lot of error, but that is unfortunately part of it.

In the following years, more and more countries were taken under the wheels, feet and tracks and also my photographic knowledge increased virtually from country to country. Again and again I tried new techniques, sometimes successfully, sometimes with rather modest success.
Meanwhile, my goal is to shoot as good photos as possible with as little equipment as possible. Photography in the Pareto principle (80/20) I call that simply times. This has the nice side effect that you no longer have to carry so heavy. But more about that in my blog.
Enough about me for now, check out my best landscape images from the past 6 years here. You can find more categories on the left side. For suggestions or tips, feel free to leave a comment or reach me via the contact form.
In the store you can buy digital downloads. For printed images you can contact me. I have a good address for that.
